City of Firsts partners with MyKuya for Araneta City-Zen Personal Shopper service
MANILA, Philippines - To meet the growing demand for contactless shopping and deliveries, Araneta City has partnered with mobile app MyKuya to provide customers with the option to book personal shoppers and buy goods for them.
The Araneta City-Zen Personal Shopper creates an avenue for the public to buy items at Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, Farmers Plaza, Farmers Market, Farmers Garden, and arcade stores from the convenience of their own homes. Through this platform, fresh market produce, grocery goods, food take-outs, clothing items, and other necessities can be bought using any smartphone, and have them delivered straight to the customer’s doorstep.
All a customer needs to do is download the MyKuya app, input his location, and click the Araneta City icon. The app will then allow the customer to chat with any of MyKuya’s personal shoppers for the purchase and delivery of order.
"It is common now for most people to do their shopping virtually. That is why we are collaborating with MyKuya to offer another option for our patrons to shop and buy from their favorite stores through the Araneta City-Zen Personal Shopper. This is our way of bringing Araneta City closer to our customers, and making them feel how special they are for us," said Marjorie Go, Assistant Vice President for Marketing of Araneta City.
